How long does my order take?
Allow 5-7 days processing plus your chosen shipping method transit time.

What is the return policy?
Refunds are acceptable within 30days. Simply email us sales@daniellefortecollection.com for a return authorization #. Return shipping cost is handled by the customer. Original Shipping cost is non-refundable on exchanges or returns. 
What if my item is defective?
We stand behind high quality control, fit and satisfaction. If one of your items incurred damages prior to wear we will gladly replace the item. Tags must be attached and items unworn when returned to our warehouse. 
I received tracking number and delivery confirmation but have received my package? 
Lost shipments or mis-deliveries can happen with couriers. Don't worry, we are here to help. Please contact us sales@daniellefortecollection.com and we will get your order replaced if in stock and accommodate you 100%.
